Area information

The hotel has a good location, right on the seaside, looking out on to the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from some of the best, quietest beaches in Alicante. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop, with buses running regularly to the centre of Alicante. In the near future there will also be a tram stop directly outside the hotel, with trams running to the centre of town.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.56 per person.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 4.82 per person.  Lunch costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
