All rooms are ground floor and are situated around the tranquil interior garden, which features a central water cascade. This offers a high degree of privacy for all guests. Recently refurbished, the bedrooms are light and airy, with a clean, stylish look that complements the ambience of the lodge. Many rooms have oak beams which date back 500 years.

Food & Beverages

You can enjoy a continental or full English breakfast in the hotel's dining room. Guests with special dietary needs are also catered for. A vegetarian breakfast is always available and vegan, lactose intolerant or gluten free options can also be provided if requested in advance. Coughton Lodge is within walking distance of 2 good pubs that serve food in the evenings.

Special arrangements can be made to accommodate groups (for example, meals, meal times, deposits etc). There are also discounts for long stays. All guests have a set of keys for complete freedom of access at all times.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
