The 23 rooms (2 of which are reserved for disabled guests) are decorated in typical Mediterranean style, with tones of blue, white, and orange. They offer a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Set on the golden beach of Alcamo Marina, only a few minutes from Castellammare del Golfo, Hotel La Battigia offers rooms in a typical Mediterranean style, renovated with modern features. The hotel is very close to artistic and historic towns and magnificent natural reserves. On request, car rental and transfer services from and to the airports are available.

Food & Beverages

Among the best features of Hotel La Battigia are its restaurants, one of which is set on the stunning terrace. Whether on the veranda or out in the open, both restaurants enjoy marvellous views of Golfo di Castellammare. At night, when the sea can be seen in thousands of different tones, the spectacle is truly astounding. It is a true privilege to be able to taste the delicious cuisine of Sicily while enjoying the beautiful landscape. Highlights are dishes based on very fresh fish from Castellammare del Golfo, and game from the hills of Alcamo. Tomato and other very tasty and fresh Sicilian vegetables are also featured. Renowned Sicilian sweets (cannoli, cassate, fruit-shaped marzipan, etc.) and a prestigious selection of white and red wines complete the menu.

In case of early departure the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount for the remaining nights.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.  Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
