All of the hotel’s rooms are calm, spacious and comfortable. Sleep, relax or even do some work, all the while enjoying the comfort and tranquillity. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits and bottles of mineral water. Every room has an internet connection point offering free ADSL internet access.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in all of the hotel’s public areas and there is also a business corner with computers offering internet access. Tickets for many of the region’s attractions, including the famous Aquopolis Park and the nearby Warner Bros. theme park, are available from reception.

The hotel’s restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional local specialities and international favourites, all made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. The restaurant offers daily specials, a grill menu and extensive starter and dessert buffets.

Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs local time.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
