Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 42.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
