Restaurants & Bars: Mermaid Restaurant: Situated on the first floor with a pleasant view over the sea, this restaurant serves a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. Albufeira Restaurant: Situated on the first floor, in a relaxing and charming ambience, the Albufeira Restaurant offers a selective and delicious Menu á la Carte - with great excellency in gastronomy. Piano Bar: Situated on the reception level, with a pleasant view over the sea, it offers live music and a perfect atmosphere for a pleasant evening. Bar/Restaurant Neptuno: Situated on the pool area and open during the summer time, it is opened all day long for snacks and drinks. Banqueting: Restaurant S. Rafael: This is a large restaurant which is especially designed for banqueting, private parties and special occasions, with a capacity of aprox. 350 people.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
