This deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been checked at check-out. Cleaning services: 3 days a week; Linen change: once a week; Towel change: twice a week.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
