Sleep in a room with its own history and rest while keeping in contact with nature. To do so, you can choose one of our two Suites with terrace, our Junior Suite, or any of the other 24 rooms, all between 35 and 56 square metres, with exclusive interior decoration for each room, in the purest Mallorcan style (eight doubles with terrace). All the rooms stand out for their spaciousness, luminosity, and specially for their exclusive decoration. In them, the respect for the rural Mallorcan traditions joins the desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible, taking care of all the details.

Hotel details

The hotel offers reception, restaurant, bar, lounge with fireplace, meeting room and terraces with views to the two most emblematic mountains in Mallorca, S'Aucadena and Castell. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, paddle-tennis court and natural surroundings in which to go hiking, biking or play golf.

Food & Beverages

One of the most important pillars of S'Olivaret is its Restaurant, Es Lledoner, recently restored and refurbished. The restaurant takes its name from the centenary tree that presides over the main entrance. The cooking is modern, but based on traditional knowledge and Mediterranean cuisine, with natural products being the main base for flavour, balance, surprise and originality. All this is complemented with an exquisite service and an excellent wine cellar.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Half board costs EUR 30.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 60.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 37.5 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
