The apartments feature a chargeable modem connection and a TV with 6 French channels (including Canal +), TMC, Eurosport, MTV, RTL Germany, CNN, Rai 1 and Rai 2.

Hotel details

The cost of the room includes: Beds made up for arrival Bathroom linen in the apartment Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and the changing of bed and household linen every 7 days End-of-stay cleaning Dishcloth Television (with international channels) In addition to these services, daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights).

Internet

Internet via modem is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 60.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.35 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
