In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, among other items, with 2 hobs, mini-oven, electric coffee-maker and tableware and a chargeable safe. Furthermore the apartments have a chargeable modem connection and a TV-set offering 6 French channels (including Canal +), TMC, Eurosport, MTV, RTL Germany, CNN, Rai 1 and Rai 2.

Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Beds made up for arrival. • Bathroom linen in the apartment. • Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the bedlinen and of the household linen every 7th day. • End-of-stay cleaning. • Dishcloth. • Television (with international channels). In addition to all these services, a daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights).

DEPOSIT A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 40.00 per week.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person between 4 and 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 11 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
