The reception is open from: - 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday. - And 10:00 to 12:0 and 15:00 to 20:00 at weekends and on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
