Food & Beverages

The delicious and copious buffet breakfast is prepared by the pastry chef. It is served in the dining room or your room from 08:00 to 11:00. From April to September it can be served in the shady pergola along the canal. You can also try one of the 35 restaurants located only 6 minutes walking from the hotel.

Please note that the hotel do not accept American Express credit card as mean of payment or guarantee. Form any arrival after 21:00 please call the hotel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.77 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per child under 7 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
