Hotel details

Wooden cottages in the middle of a preserved pine forest on Mount St Wolf are a few steps away from the animation of the resort. You will appreciate the heated swimming pool and the comfort of the air-conditioned residences. The residence profits from an environment that is now extremely rare, in the heart of a beautiful pine forest dominating the Cape d’Agde and the Mediterranean. It acts as a good starting point for the discovery of the local heritage and curiosities. A pleasant heated swimming pool, its small bath, a club-house, a laundry, a mini-club and a maintenance point contribute to your comfort. Sheets are included until 30/6 and from 15/9/07 onwards.

The remaining balance is requested one month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel (between EUR 45 and EUR 60). Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
