Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled more than 2 days before the day of arrival, no charge applies. If the booking is cancelled from 2 days before the day of arrival on, the charge will be 100% of the whole stay. In case you would not arrive at the hotel, the charge will be 100% of the whole stay. Each started stay is entirely due to Minotel. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Minotel offers free accommodation and breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old when sharing a room with 2 adults; other meals are to be paid at the hotel directly. In such a case, the client shall book a double or twin room and add a comment in the "comment box" for an extra bed for a child under 12, and not book a triple room. Two children under 12 travelling with adults (no matter if the adults are staying in a single, double or triple room) will be accommodated in a twin room and pay the price of a double room for single occupancy.

Full payment will be taken by Minotel, using your selected payment, within 24 hours of booking. Only extra charges must be paid directly to the hotel prior to departure. Cancellations: please cancel your reservation online. If your reservation is cancelled in line with Minotel policy, payment will be returned within 5 working days. To amend your reservation please cancel and rebook. Cancellation charges apply. To extend your stay, simply make a new booking for the additional night(s).
