Original, very much appreciated, a farmhouse, situated in beautiful grounds with a great variety of trees, shrubs and flowers, where one feels straightaway at home with that little bit of extra luxury. Between Nijmegen and Venlo awaits you the rural peace and quiet of “the Papenberg”. The menu varies several times a week, highly regarded, pending on the quality of seasonal products and the inspiration of our Chef. The Restaurant is artfully furnished with antique furniture.

Area information You will find the "Papenberg" in the National Park the Maasduinen. You can enjoy walking or cycling on the Afferdse heide and the Bergerbos but also in the nature area's the Ravenvennen, de Hamert, de Bergerheide and the Reichswald. The German places Kleve and Goch and the pilgrimage place Kevelaer are situated just over de border. You have to visit these places because they are really worth it. In 45 minutes, you will be in Dusseldorf with the famous shopping street.
