Our south facing balconies and terraces boast views of huge waterfalls and mountains offering some of Switzerland's finest skiing, climbing and biking. Our stunning rooms, 700 m² Spa Solís, indoor and outdoor pools and sun terraces, the restaurant Nova, Scott's Bar, lounges and conference centre have been entirely remodelled using contemporary interior design.

EXTRA BED ONLY ON REQUEST. Pets (up to 25Kg) will be charged with CHF 125,-- per room per stay. (Cleaning Costs)

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 25.00 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 3.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 1.80 city/tourist tax per person between 7 and 18 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 25.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs CHF 15.00 per child under 17 years.  Buffet breakfast costs CHF 10.00 per child under 12 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 7 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
