Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 33 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
