Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 25 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years is charged CHF 15 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged CHF 25 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 12 to 17 years is charged CHF 30 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
