Rooms

All of the hotel’s comfortable, elegant rooms are decorated in a contemporary style and feature modern comforts and facilities such as 25-inch satellite TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi wireless internet access. Each room is equipped with the exclusive Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, an in-room safe with enough capacity for a laptop and a spacious private bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Spa Eutonos is based on the 7 pillars of well-being developed by Starwood hotels and resorts. These are Inner Beauty, Life Balance, Harmony, Aqua, Vitality, Nature and Nutrition. The spa offers a selection of relaxing therapeutic treatments including essential oil baths, salt scrubs, facial treatments, body wraps, massages, hot stone treatments and age-defying treatments. The hotel also offers a number of special offers and spa packages with accommodation and spa treatments included in one price. The spa is open from 10:00 until 20:00 and offers discounted entry for hotel guests.

Food & Beverages

The hotel has a variety of options for drinking and dining. The El Parador buffet-style restaurant offers international cuisine and a selection of healthy choices from the salad bar. La Venta offers delicious Spanish cuisine and a large selection of tapas, with an extensive selections of wine available to complement the food. Kamakura specialises in refined Japanese cuisine, with a sushi bar and 2 Tepanyaki tables El Vivace y Coral Bar is a cafe bar serving Italian cuisine, a great place to relax by the pool with a magnificent sea view. The new Vivace Grill Restaurant offers an assortment of fresh meat and fish specialities.

Please be advised that due to maintenence, the heated pool will be closed from the 21 June until the 01 July. During this time, the main sea-water pool and children’s pool at the Kids Club will remain fully operational.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 19.95 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.35 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 36.75 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 73.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
