Each spacious, luxurious room is well-appointed and fully-equipped with all modern comforts and facilities, including a choice of pillows, flat-screen TVs and internet connection points. The suites and villas feature canopy beds. The villas also boast gardens or terraces with their own private outdoor jacuzzi. Non-smoking rooms are available and there are several rooms suitable for disabled guests and wheelchair users.

Food & Beverages

You need not leave the hotel in order to enjoy fine cuisine: The buffet restaurant offers a generous selection of fresh, locally grown produce, as well as show cooking and the Canary Gourmet Restaurant offers an à la carte menu and an elaborate Canarian setting. During the day, the Jaima Restaurant offers Mediterranean dishes and grilled specialities and is located next to the swimming pool. In the evening, the restaurant offers a more chilled out dining option featuring the special 'Five Sense' menu. All of the restaurants have terraces with sea views. In addition there are 2 bars, the Timple and the Library. Both bars offer a pleasant relaxing setting in which to enjoy a drink. The Jazz Club offers a selection of great music into the evening and you can enjoy a drink, good company or even take to the dance floor.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
