The published rates for stays on the 25 and 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings. Besides the listed facilities, a safety deposit box (at additional cost) and minibar (at additional cost) are both available.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 3.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
