Rates include: bed, bath and kitchen linen (on arrival, changing will be after one week), electricity, gas, use of the outdoor swimming pool, use of the park facilities (chaise lounge, sun beds, tables, chairs, barbecue, external shower), and final cleaning of the apartment.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 October.

Please note that the hotel has no meal services.

The reception is usually open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00. In case of arrival in different times, please contact the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
