Fischerwirt am Achensee

You can feel the old Tyrolean atmosphere when you enters the house - the traditional styled dining-room, very much appreciated, the wine-room, the spaciouslake-side terrace etc. The "Fischerwirt", valued throughout, established in 1885 is a family run hotel. The bathing area with shower facilitis is opposite too, highly regarded, water sports, beach volleyball, pedal boats and the starting point for many mountain walks in the Karwendel are just minutes from Fischerwirt am Achensee door. The Fischerwirt is situated at the north end of the lake, and above all, opposite the landing site for the Steamer. The largest skiing area in the region is the "Christlum" which is only 800 m away. In winter there is a 50km cross-counrty route within a few minutes walking distance as well as the bus stop for the free of charge ski bus.
