Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 50.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs AED 15.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
