During the month of Ramada, we are offering all the guests who are fasting, Sohour in the room Service instead of breakfast included in the breakfast inclusive rates.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs AED 60.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 60.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 150.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs AED 125.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 250.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
