Bistro Med is a Mediterranean style restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and an a la carte menu. Peppino is the ideal place for genuine Italian cuisine served in an authentic ambience.

The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 34.80 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 81.20 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 174.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
