Address Raafstrasse 76-80 52076 Aachen		Travel information From the motorway interchange at Aachen, head towards Lüttich (Belgium). Lichtenbusch is the last exit within Germany. At the first set of traffic lights turn left, and at the second set of traffic lights turn right to reach the hotel.
Area information The hotel lies just 500 metres from the Belgian border, in southern Aachen. From here you can explore the Eifel mountains, or even visit the neighbouring countries of Belgium and the Netherlands.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
