The hotel has been officially declared a 3-star hotel by DEHOGA (the German hotel classification system).

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Thursday evenings. The restaurant is still open for breakfast on that day. On Thursdays, check-in is possible until 16:00. Please contact the hotel if you will be arriving later.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 24.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 8 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
