Hotel details

The building was raised in the 19th century as a factory. In 2006 it was been refurbished and adapted to meet modern hotel standards. Its' location gives easy access to the City and freeways leading to other parts of the country. The hotel's surroundings are peaceful and quiet.

From the airport: Our hotel is a 15 minute car ride from Wladyslaw Reymont Airport in Lodz. By Train: Our hotel is a 15 minute journey from Lodz Kaliska or Lodz Fabryczna train stations. By Car: - We are near motorway number 1. - Look out for the Hotel Focus signs.
Area information The hotel is situated in the city centre, near main communication arteries, but distanced from them, which gives peace and quiet to our Guests.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children or adults are charged PLN 103.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Baby cots are not available. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
