Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.80 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night per person for cots.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 14 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 28 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
