-Location: On the corner of the hotel - on the Petit College Square - with terrace seating - this Restaurant is only open from mid-April to mid-October weather permitting
-Type: Fine quality cuisine with the seafood on an ice display and an extensive French wine list
-Cuisine Details: Starters and desserts in served in Individual Glass Verrine Jars - The restaurant uses only the finest fresh meats - fish - vegetables and cheeses and the courses are all presented to the guest before they are prepared and cooked.
