The Ludwig van Beethoven I meeting room is just as modern as our other conference rooms. It is 646 sq. ft. and available for events for up to 40 people. The tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your needs.
BEETHOVEN 2
The well-lit Ludwig van Beethoven II meeting room is ideal for seminars for up to 40 people. As with all of our other conference rooms, it is carpeted throughout and has air conditioning as well as Wi-Fi access.
BEETHOVEN 3
Our Ludwig van Beethoven III meeting room measures 969 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 50 participants in seminars, conferences or workshops. Like all our other meeting rooms, it is a very airy, well-equipped room with plenty of natural light.
BEETHOVEN 4
Like all our other rooms, the 1722 sq. ft., air-conditioned Ludwig van Beethoven IV meeting room has Wi-Fi access and plenty of natural light. Up to 70 people can be accommodated, and the tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your requirements.
CAMPENDONK
The 269 sq. ft Campendonk meeting room is bright and air-conditioned, and can be booked for events holding up to 12 people. The tables and chairs can be arranged in a variety of ways, such as theater, block or cinema formation.
CLARA SCHUMANN
The Schuhmann, measuring 269 sq. ft., is one of our smallest meeting rooms and suitable for events with a maximum of 12 participants. It is carpeted throughout and ideal for internal company events and private parties within special surroundings.
CORNELIUS 1
The Cornelius I meeting room measures 1076 sq. ft. and can hold up to 80 people. There are a variety of seating and table arrangements such as cinema, banquet or parliamentary formation, which can be adapted to suit your requirements.
CORNELIUS 2
Cornelius II is one of our larger meeting rooms, which can hold up to 70 people for meetings or specialist lectures. The room measures 1076 sq. ft. and like other rooms is carpeted throughout.

The 646 sq. ft. Heinrich Heine I conference room is suitable for events for up to 40 people. You can hire the room for different types of event as there are various possible seating arrangements. We are happy to advise you on this.

The Heinrich Heine II meeting room has an area of 646 sq. ft. and can hold up to 40 people. You can enjoy full use of our business services with the latest modern communication technology and Wi-Fi access.
HEINRICH HEINE 3
The 646 sq. ft. Heinrich Heine III meeting room is suitable for various events of up to 40 people and benefits from Wi-Fi, natural light and air conditioning. The room can also be used for exhibitions for up to 40 guests.
HEINRICH HEINE 4
Whether for board meetings or kick-off meetings, our Heinrich Heine IV conference room is ideal for confidential events for up to 16 people. Here you will find the necessary communication technology, plenty of natural light, privacy and Wi-Fi.
KONGRESSHALLE
The conference hall that is adjacent to the hotel has an area of 8342 sq. ft. and is available for hire for events holding up to 1100 people. The hall is air conditioned and has a stone floor and is ideal for exhibitions, for example.

LIEBERMANN
The Liebermann conference room measures 431 sq. ft. and is ideal for smaller events for up to 24 people. Naturally it also offers Wi-Fi access. The tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your requirements.
NOLDE
Up to 12 people can work or celebrate in the 269 sq. ft. Nolde conference room. It is carpeted throughout and the tables and chairs can be flexibly arranged according to the nature of the event and the wishes of the participants.
OTTO DIX
Do you want to hold a staff training event or plan a strategic company meeting? Then the Otto Dix conference room is an ideal choice for you. It measures 269 sq. ft., is modernly furnished and can hold up to 12 people.
RENOIR
Up to 24 people can use the 431 sq. ft. Renoir room. The seating can be arranged according to the event, for instance in a classroom, theater or U-shaped formation. We would be happy to help you plan and host your event.
