CAEN
The 699 sq. ft., air-conditioned "Caen" meeting room has Wi-Fi access and offers natural light, like all the other rooms. The room can accommodate up to 50 people at your event and tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your requirements.
CAEN/DUNDEE
It is possible to book the "Caen" and "Dundee" rooms together to create capacity for 170 participants and an area of 1560 sq. ft. This space is ideal for larger seminars and congresses with a variety of seating arrangements, e.g. theater formation.
DUNDEE
Our carpeted "Dundee" meeting room provides you with ample space. Various events can be held in the 968 sq. ft. area for up to 80 people, allowing conferences, banquets and cocktail parties to run smoothly.
OTSU
Our 236 sq. ft. "Otsu" meeting room is one of our smallest, most exclusive meeting facilities with a capacity for up to 15 people. The room also comes with Wi-Fi and a projector to ensure that your event is a success.
ROCHESTER
The "Rochester" conference room is frequently booked for presentations and staff training events. The 290 sq. ft. room can accommodate up to 20 people, is furnished with bright warm colors and is ideal for internal company meetings.
SALAMANCA
Our 290 sq. ft. "Salamanca" seminar room with its 9-foot-high ceilings can accommodate up to 20 people and is carpeted throughout. It best lends itself to board meetings, workshops or staff training events.
SUHL
Measuring 689 sq. ft., our "Suhl" meeting room can accommodate up to 60 participants attending seminars, conferences or workshops. As with all of our meeting rooms, this room is very bright due to the natural light and boasts high-quality equipment.
UMEA
The "Umea" conference room measuring 236 sq. ft. best lends itself to seminars for up to 15 participants. Of course the room has Wi-Fi access and the seating can be arranged to suit your event's needs, e.g. in theater, block or cinema formation.
WUERZBURG
Our 495 sq. ft. "W?rzburg" meeting room is ideal for a maximum of 40 guests. You can book it for a variety of events, as tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your needs, and we are more than happy to assist in planning your event.
