Up to 45 people can take part in your event in the 689 sq. ft. "Birmingham" meeting room. We recommend for lectures that the seating is set out in parliamentary formation and we will, of course, be happy to arrange the tables and chairs to suit your event
BOLOGNA
The "Bologna", "Houston", "Lyon" and "Kiew" rooms are suitable on their own as rooms for group work or for meetings. The "Bologna" room measures 269 sq. ft, is attractively furnished and can accommodate up to 15 people.
BOLOGNA-HOUSTON-LYON
Combining the "Bologna", "Houston" and "Lyon" conference rooms provides an overall area of 807 sq. ft. that is available for events for up to 60 participants. This makes it ideal for meetings, seminars and product presentations.
HANNOVER
If you are planning an event for 100 participants, the "Hannover" conference room is the right choice for you. Measuring 1292 sq. ft, it is suitable for larger meetings, conferences spanning several companies and private celebrations.
HANNOVER-BIRMINGHAMG
Events for up to 180 people can be hosted when the "Hannover" and "Birmingham" rooms are combined to create a room spanning 1981 sq. ft. Book this option for a larger conference or for an exclusive evening event with dancing.
HOUSTON
The "Bologna", "Houston", "Lyon" and "Kiew" rooms are suitable on their own as rooms for group work or for meetings. Measuring 269 sq. ft, "Houston" is one of our smaller meeting rooms, making it suitable for events for a maximum of 15 participants.
KIEW
The "Kiew" meeting room is very popular for board meetings and internal training sessions for small numbers: the maximum number of participants is 15. Measuring 269 sq. ft, the air-conditioned room features contemporary design.
LYON
Seating a maximum capacity of 15 people, the "Lyon" meeting room is one of our smaller conference facilities. However, it boasts Wi-Fi access and professional technology for a perfectly-organized event.
MAILAND
Offering natural light, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access, our "Mailand" room is a pleasant environment for meetings, measuring 581 sq. ft. and accommodating up to 25 people. Enjoy the perfect surroundings for your event.
NANJING
The "Nanjing" meeting room, measuring 581 sq. ft, is suitable for a maximum of 25 people. Table and chair arrangements in cinema, banquet or parliamentary formation are possible to suit all your requirements.
PARIS
Be it a board meeting or a seminar ? our "Paris" conference room, measuring 398 sq. ft, is ideal for private events for up to 20 people. You will find the necessary communication technology, plenty of natural light and Wi-Fi access in a peaceful location.
