The 463 sq. ft. "Kyoto" meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people. Again it benefits from our full business service, with Wi-Fi access as well as a data projector and catering on request.
KYOTO+LIEGE
For events of 80 people requiring space of more than 1076 sq. ft., the "Li?ge" and "Kyoto" rooms can be joined together, which allows a banquet-style seating arrangement, for example, which would not be possible in either of the individual rooms.
KYOTO+LIEGE+BARCELONA
Combining the "Barcelona", "Li?ge" and "Kyoto" rooms creates an area of almost 2153 sq. ft., which can accommodate up to 165 people. This space is ideal for larger conferences or a celebration dinner.
LIEGE
The "Li?ge" meeting room provides almost 646 sq. ft. for business or social events for up to 30 people. Depending on the type of event and participant requirements, the air-conditioned room can accommodate various seating arrangements, e.g. cinema, block
LILLE
"Lille" is our largest meeting room at 1184 sq. ft. The 11.5 ft high ceiling and full-length windows create an open and spacious feel, offering a relaxing atmosphere for up to 80 people.
LILLE+TURIN
If you are planning an event for 100 people, the "Lille" and "Turin" rooms can be combined. The resulting 1647 sq. ft. of space is ideal for larger conferences and conventions, in banquet, cinema or classroom formation.
ROTTERDAM
Our smallest meeting room, the "Rotterdam", can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, making it ideal for seminars or workshops. Again it benefits from Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and natural light.
TURIN
Like all our meeting rooms, the air-conditioned 463 sq. ft. "Turin" room offers Wi-Fi access and plenty of natural light. It is suitable for events of up to 20 people. Tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your requirements.
