With the accomplishment of the new congress centre with over 1'000 square meters, the
Grand Hotel Eden is the largest and most complete 5-star conference centre in the Italian
part of Switzerland, where to organise conferences, board meetings, congresses and
conventions. All rooms enjoy air conditioning and natural daylight. The artificial lighting
can be personalized in order to better visualize digital presentations. The technical
equipment is of high standard, and is completely compatible with private tools that may
be brought by clients. The offer is completed by systems of information, communication
and media, including videoconference and in-house TV with direction booth.
The 8 rooms, of different sizes and shapes, can be adapted and wrought to every single
need, and can host from 2 up to 400 delegates. The congress areas of both buildings
feature independent entrances, in order to simplify the movement of large volumes of
materials and stands' decorations.
Grand Hotel Eden's Events Office is composed by a competent and professional team,
which assist the organizer right from the preliminary stages of the event, in order to

The new Wellness Centre offers an indoor heated pool and space dedicated to fitness,
beauty and general well being, such as Jacuzzi, massage area, sauna, Hammam, and
relaxation area. During the summer, on our private sundeck our guests can spend
a day of complete relax, sunbathing or diving in the lake.
We feature a private pier and we can organise boat excursions to discover charming
panoramas and the most romantic corners of the region. For those who enjoy culture,
excursions and mountain bike tracks, as well as for those who prefer extreme sports,
Lugano offers several opportunities that vary between its mountains, parks and museums.
For golf enthusiasts, there is the possibility of linking the stay in our hotel with the
