Meeting Facilities
The music room: 24' x 45' can be set up theatre-style, rectangular, U-shape or a hollow square.
Smaller meeting rooms available.
Generally we use our Music Room for meetings, as it has plenty of space for up to 30 attendees (depending on the set up) and has good natural light from three sides but can also be darkened when audio-visual displays are being carried out. We set the meeting with comfortable armchairs and tables covered with red felt. Writing materials, bottled water, ice and mints are complimentary. Smaller breakout rooms such as the Moir? Room or the Breakfast Room are also available and we can utilize the outdoor terraces, weather permitting, at any time.
Corporate rates are available when booking a minimum of 18 guest rooms.

Dining is a very special event at Blantyre with an old world and formal touch wherein ladies enjoy the company of gentlemen dressed in jackets and ties.
Since Blantyre's dining room is set as in a private home during the day with one main table, each afternoon it undergoes a transformation as we prepare for dinner service. Linens are brought out, small individual tables are set with sterling silver, antique fine china, cut crystal and fresh flowers - each table's character set by a different china pattern and color. The harpist plays in the main hall and candles are lit for dinner.
The kitchen, under Chef Christopher Brooks, creates country style cuisine which is complimented by our extensive wine list. Coffee, tea, chocolates and mignardises are served in the main hall after dessert and after-dinner drinks are enjoyed by the fireplace or on the terrace.

* Dill scented scallops with upland cress, frissee, pine nuts and a blood orange vanilla emulsion.
