There are two dedicated private rooms that, together with the Residents? Lounge, can accommodate any gathering from a dinner party for six to a cocktail reception for sixty guests.

The Regency Carlos
The Regency Carlos Room is one of the most beautiful private rooms in London. Suitable for meetings, receptions, and business as well as private dining. This impressive room can accommodate up to 22 guests for dining, or 18 for boardroom-style meetings.
You?ll find it spacious and elegant, with an adjoining conservatory that is perfect for cocktails. Here you?ll enjoy the vitality of natural daylight, and find it comfortably air conditioned.

The Georgian Room
The intimate yet well-proportioned Georgian Room is the smaller of the hotel's two private rooms. It benefits from natural daylight and can accommodate 15 people for cocktails and 12 people for boardroom meetings or private dining.

The Resident's Lounge
The Residents? Lounge easily lends itself to your private dining and meetings. It seats up to 16 for dinner or meetings, and up to 60 for cocktails.

Dining at The Connaught offers you the best of traditional English and classical French cuisine, complemented by an outstanding wine cellar. Our mahogany-panelled Restaurant and Georgian-style Grill Room have both been awarded Michelin stars, and have proudly merited the exclusive Les Grandes Tables du Monde "Traditions et Qualite".
Speciality classics, such as Crousade d'Oeufs de Caille Maintenon and Chartreuse de Perdreau a l'Ancienne, appear next to Cornish Crab Bisque and Braised Beef with Onions and King Edward Puree.

THE CONNAUGHT IS TO BE THE SUBJECT OF A MULTI-MILLION POUND RESTORATION PROGRAMME, COMMENCING 01 APRIL 2007. THE RESULTS WILL ENSURE THE CONNAUGHT'S POSITION AS ONE OF THE FINEST HOTELS IN THE WORLD FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. THE RESTORATION WILL INVOLVE TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES TO BRING THE HOTEL INTO THE 21ST CENTURY AS WELL AS RE-DESIGNING BEDROOMS AND PUBLIC SPACE. THE HOTEL WILL BE CLOSED FOR SIX MONTHS, RE-OPENING THE
SECOND WEEK IN DECEMBER DURING WHICH TIME THE HOTEL'S STAFF WILL RELOCATE TO ITS SISTER PROPERTIES, THE BERKELEY AND CLARIDGE'S. A SECOND PHASE WILL INCLUDE ADDING 31 ROOMS TO THE INVENTORY BY MAKING AN EXTENSION ONTO ADAMS ROW. IT WILL ALSO INCLUDE A STATE-OF-THE-ART SPA WITH POOL AND WORLD-CLASS MEETING FACILITIES.
The Grill Room
With only 11 tables, The Grill Room provides the mood and atmosphere of a private dining room. Decorated in Georgian style with a green and gold colour scheme, you?ll find it particularly attractive in the evening when the garden is floodlit and the tables are laid with Venetian candles.
The menu offers both the simplest and most refined examples of classic French and traditional English cooking. The cuisine is proudly matched in quality by a cellar, which has been built up over a period of 50 years.
The Restaurant
The gleaming, mahogany panelled Restaurant is the larger of the two dining rooms with well-spaced tables to create an atmosphere of intimacy.
In the evening, the lighting is soft and reflects a warm glow from the burnished wood panelling. The menu offers both the simplest and most refined examples of classic French and traditional English cooking complemented by a wine cellar which has been built up over a period of 50 years.
The American Bar
The oak-panelled American Bar provides the ideal setting for a lunchtime, pre-dinner or evening drink. Comfortable and intimate, the congenial surroundings of the cocktail bar are the perfect setting for guests and visitors to relax.
