Claridge's meeting and private dining rooms all feature natural daylight and offer the latest presentation and communications technology. The Sixth Floor Suite is a unique set of four private dining and meeting rooms which can be used singly or in combination.
The Ballroom
The scene of many a society wedding, ball and state banquet, Claridge?s Ballroom is also a prestigious venue for business conferences, launches, receptions and annual events.
The Ballroom accommodates 400 for receptions or 240 for dining. You may readily host up to 800 guests in combination with the Mirror Room, French Salon and Drawing Room. The Ballroom has its own entrance, reception, marble rotunda and cloakroom.

The Ballroom Reception
The Ballroom Reception area is a fine, well proportioned room. Beautifully designed in the 1930s, it can be used in its own right for receptions and informal meetings.
This special area has the benefit of The Ballroom?s own entrance and cloakroom. It is adjoined by the smaller Painted Room in classic art deco style.

The Drawing Room
Featuring two fine open fireplaces and the grandly imposing portrait of The Lady in Blue, this light and well proportioned room has recently been renovated. It retains its eighteenth century elegance whilst combining the modern technology needed for meetings and presentations. The Drawing Room accommodates 150 for cocktails, up to 50 for lunch or dinner or 96 when combined with The French Salon.

The Mirror Room
This striking room with its imposing mirrors and large windows is popular for meetings, dining, cocktails, receptions and weddings.
Linked by double doors to the adjoining Ballroom, the Mirror Room is perfectly suited for combining with functions in the Ballroom as a reception or refreshment room. It can accommodate 40 guests for dining or 120 for a reception.

The French Salon
The French Salon has been tastefully renovated using fine fabric in hues of blue. The art deco iron work tassels by Basil Ionides and the winged Renaissance-style cherubs above the doors have been retained.
This room is well suited for meetings, lunches and dinners for up to 48, as well as receptions and cocktail parties for 120 guests. This room can also be combined with the Drawing Room.

The Private Suites
Claridge?s individual suites serve as an excellent venue for private meetings, dining and receptions.
Each Private Suite can accommodate up to 50 guests for cocktail parties, and up to 20 for luncheon or dinner.

The Orangery
Leading from Claridge?s Restaurant, The Orangery is an elegant private dining room seating up to 14 guests. It is also suitable for meetings or small receptions where discretion and quiet are the key.

Sixth Floor Suite
Our suite of private dining and meeting rooms is served by its own large reception room, cloakrooms and an office fully equipped for business with fax, photocopier and ISDN points.
The four meeting rooms can be used separately or in combination. They are all day-lit and have high acoustic ratings, blackout facilities, special lighting, microphone points, telephone and faxes, modems and ISDN points. The Sixth Floor Suite is reached by lift from Claridge?s Front Hall.
* The Boardroom
Decorated with classical murals, The Boardroom is perfectly suited to executive meetings of up to 14 people as well as more intimate lunches, dinners and cocktail parties.

The Restaurant
The spacious and elegant Restaurant has original art deco mirrored murals and lighting, and enjoys an established reputation for fine French and English cuisine.
The Restaurant was designed in 1926 by the famous interior designer, Basil Ionides, redesigned by Oswald Milne in 1929.
Tall glass doors, elegant columns and simplicity of decoration create a gracious, comfortable dining environment.
Claridge's Bar
Claridge?s Bar is a veritable cocktail of style and sophistication. Add a splash of elegance inspired by the hotel?s art deco heritage, and mix a contemporary twist of cool urbanity by top designer David Collins. The result is a convivial and relaxed bar in the heart of the capital.
Rare champagnes and a selection of fine wines are available by both the glass and bottle. Well-loved traditional cocktails are joined by new creations such as the Mayfair Classic. Accompanying it all is a delicious selection of light dishes and savouries and an excellent range of cigars. The ideal venue to enjoy an after dinner brandy and cigar.
The Foyer and The Reading Room
Located on the ground floor next to the Front Hall, the Foyer and the Reading Room serve continental breakfast, morning coffee, light meals, sandwiches, tea and coffee, cocktails and champagne throughout the day and evening.
The Hungarian Quartet plays in the early evening during the week and a pianist plays on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Afternoon Tea
For many, the ceremony of taking Afternoon Tea is the most civilized part of the day. Claridge?s liveried footmen serve traditional Afternoon Tea in The Reading Room, located on the ground floor near The Foyer and the Front Hall. Tea is accompanied by music from a string quartet on Saturday and Sunday.
