Anne Hathaway's Conference Center - Anne Hathaways Cottage offers the best of both worlds by providing both an indoor and outdoor venue for your meeting. Located in an 18th century thatched cottage, this unique and private building offers clients a meeting area with 2 break out rooms attached. An adjacent self contained bar area provides numerous options for food and beverage service. The conference center has an extensive private garden and deck that can be used covered (marquis tents on patios) or uncovered for informal fresh air meetings or break aways. (Meeting Room #1 dimensions: 15 by 32) The Ivy Room - Characteristic of the most distinguished English style, our luxurious Ivy Room is a one of a kind location. This formal meeting space is located in the Main Manor House with a private deck overlooking the estates 5 acres gardens. The room includes private washroom facilities and can accommodate food and beverage services. This facility has easy access to both the Rosemeade Dining Room, the Lounge and manor house accommodation.

From Victoria International Airport, Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal or Washington State Ferries Take Highway 17 the Pat Bay Highway south into Victoria. The highway will become Blanshard Street when you reach the city limits. Depending upon traffic it will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you are in the downtown area you will turn Right on Pandora St. and cross over the Blue Bridge (Johnston St. Bridge). After crossing the bridge the road will become Esquimalt Rd. follow this road for about 6 minutes. At the Esquimalt and Lampson intersection you will turn Left. We are at 429 Lampson, about three blocks up on the left hand side. From Up-Island Nanaimo etc You will approach Victoria via Highway 1, this will become Douglas st. once you are in town. Once you are in the downtown area you will turn Right on Pandora St. and cross over the Blue Bridge (Johnston St. Bridge). After crossing the bridge the road will become Esquimalt Rd. follow this road for about 6 minutes. At the Esquimalt and Lampson intersection you will turn Left. We are at 429 Lampson, about three blocks up on the left hand side. From Coho Ferry from Port Angeles and Victoria Clipper from Seattle Turn Left onto Belleville St from the ferry dock. At the first set of lights, turn left again onto Government Street. The Empress will be on your right. Stay in the left lane and follow it around to Wharf Street, staying in the left lane. Turn left over the Blue Bridge or the Johnson Street Bridge. The street will become Esquimalt Road on the other side of the bridge. Follow for about 3.5 Km (2 M) and look for Lampson Street. Turn left onto Lampson and we are at 429 on the left hand side of the road, three blocks from the light.
