Hotel Contessa has a dedicated learning environment encompassing over 12,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Able to accommodate a variety of functions, including executive business meetings, corporate retreats or even a family reunion, facilities include the 14-seat Executive Board Room, the 2,700-square-foot Contessa ballroom and seven individual conference rooms on the second floor. Three outdoor terraces with a location overlooking the Riverwalk are also available. Meeting rooms feature ergonomic chairs, state-of-the-art technology, glare-free lighting, soundproofing, tackable wall surfaces and Benchmark Hospitality's signature Conference Concierge.

Las Ramblas serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specializing in Spanish cuisine, with a concentration on asado or rotisserie offerings. Dinner will include favorite specialties of Spain, regional American cuisine and a daily Asado selection of lamb, pork, veal or beef. A comfortable and relaxing evening on the banks of the Riverwalk contributes to an enjoyable dining experience. In-room dining offered 6am to midnight seven days a week.
