Follow for approximately three (3) blocks. The Windsor property will be on your right, on the corner of 17th and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. 2. Benjamin Franklin Bridge, New Jersey: Take 676 West to first exit-Broad Street Follow exit ramp to traffic light, make a right on Vine Street At the second traffic light-17th Street- make a left. Follow for approximately three (3) blocks. The Windsor property will be on your right, on the corner of 17th and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. 3.
