Take the coach to Jurys Hotel / Lansdowne Road. Taxi from outside the Arrivals Terminal to Mount Herbert Hotel. By car follow the signs for East Link Toll Bridge. After bridge continue to traffic lights facing Maxol petrol/gas station. Straight down Cranfield Place to Tritonville Road and Newbridge Avenue which leads to hotel. From Dublin Ferryport: There is a regular bus service from the Ferryport Terminal to the city centre. Leaving the terminal, turn left for south city and East Link toll bridge. After bridge continue to traffic lights facing Maxol petrol/gas station. Straight down Cranfield Place to Tritonville Road and Newbridge Avenue which leads to hotel. From Sealink Terminal: Dun Laoghaire is about 8kms from Mount Herbert Hotel. There is a DART (electric rail) train service every 5-8 mins to Lansdowne Road station. By car leaving the Terminal, turn right for Dublin city centre. Through Blackrock along Rock Road, Merrion Road, right onto Serpentine Avenue. Cross DART line, 3rd left onto Herbert Road to hotel. From City Centre: From Nassau Street at Trinity College along Merrion Square, Mount Street, Northumberland Road. At Lansdowne Road turn left. Cross DART railway line, pass football stadium, cross Dodder Bridge to hotel. From South / N11: At end of N11 dual carriageway, Donnybrook Church, turn right onto Anglesea Road. Cross Ballsbridge and turn right onto Shelbourne Road. At Lansdowne Road turn right, cross DART railway line, pass football stadium, cross Dodder Bridge to hotel. From West N4 & South N7: Through M50 roundabout towards city centre. Follow south city sign to Grand Canal. Along Grand Canal to Baggot Street Bridge. Right down Pembroke Road, onto Lansdowne Road, across DART railway line, pass football stadium, cross Dodder Bridge to Hotel. Public Transport: Mount Herbert is located at Lansdowne Road Rugby Football Stadium, and 200 metres from Lansdowne Road DART (electric rail) Station. From the station walk past the stadium over Dodder Bridge, and the hotel is on your right. Travel in Dublin: The City is well served by a frequent and plentiful bus service run by Dublin Bus. To get to Mount Herbert Hotel from the city centre, you can take a DART electric train from Pearse St, Tara St or Connolly stations to Lansdowne Road. Taxis are also plentiful in the city centre during the day time and early evening.
