Business Service Center The Business Service Center offers a full range of on-site support services including E-mail connectivity, fax service, document and computer graphics preparations and copy center. The center*s computer specialists can establish the most sophisticated computer networks using the property's multiple data connectivity options, including 56K and ISDN connections to local area networks, remote servers and the Internet. Conference Planning Meetings at the Carefree Resort and Villas are efficiently managed by dedicated conference planning coordinators who provide the client with a single point of contact for every aspect of the meeting. Service provided by your assigned conference planning coordinator include guest and meeting room arrangements, seating configurations, multimedia requirements, recreation and special events, as well as efficient ground transportation to and from the resort. Digital Media Center The Media Center*s audiovisual production capabilities feature an AVID 1000 suite with nonlinear digital video and audio editing deliverable in a wide range of formats including Beta, DVCAM and VHS. When attendees can not meet face-to-face, they can still collaborate using the resort's videoconferencing and teleconferencing systems. The center features the 3M/Polycom videoconferencing system, which is compatible with most new generation videoconferencing systems and is H.320 compliant Saguaro Room The resort*s largest all-purpose meeting room, The Saguaro, offers 10,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space that can be divided into as many as five separate conference rooms. The Saguaro features rear screen projections, a 24-foot ceiling and a portico suitable for pre-function events and breakout sessions. The ground level location and large access doors are ideal for trade shows and large exhibits and offer convenient access to parking, other meeting rooms and dining rooms. Seats up to 1000 theatre style and 800 for banquets. Carefree Opera House One of the most unique meeting and special event venues, the Carefree Opera House, combines turn-of-the-century architecture reminiscent of Arizona*s territorial days with the technical features of a modern studio sound stage. The Opera House is ideal for banquets, performances, productions, trade shows, and exhibits. An 8,000-square-foot first level is complemented by a 3,000-square-foot interior balcony. The Opera House seats 800 theater style or 500 for banquets. Cholla Room The Cholla Room features 4,758 square feet of flexible meeting space. The room can be divided into two smaller rooms: Cholla I 2,973 Sq. Ft. - 46X57 and Cholla II 1,785 - 35X51. Specially designed airwalls, multilevel lighting and individual environment controls ensure complete comfort and privacy. Seats up to 350 theatre style and 230 banquets. Palo Verde Rooms Four individual conference rooms designed to support the most demanding business meetings. Ideal for smaller groups, Board meetings and breakout sessions. Seats up to 120 theatre style and 80 banquets.

Carefree Resort*s Lariat Grille A favorite of guests and local residents, the Lariat offers a warm, comfortable ambiance with dramatic views of the majestic Continental Mountains. This intimate dining room features a delightful collection of contemporary cuisine influenced by flavors of the American Southwest, Pacific Rim and Mediterranean served with impeccable attention to detail. Open 7Am to 2PM for breakfast and lunch. Open 5Pm to 10Pm for dinner. Late lunch is served on the Sunset Terrace from 2-5PM. Carefree Resort*s Red Horse Saloon The Red Horse Saloon offers indoor and outdoor entertainment options. Casual evening dining is available in the Red Horse Saloon. Open Daily 4PM-2AM.
