Meeting / Conference Information
The Grand Plaza Hotel is one of Branson*s premier conference Hotels catering to small meetings, conferences and both family and military reunions. Four meeting and banquet rooms and a boardroom offer a variety of rooms sizes and accommodate a range of set up styles. Occupancy varies by meeting room. Audio-visual equipment is available on a daily rental basis. Please inquire for a complete list. Full service catering and banquet menus include breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Receptions menus and meeting break options are also provided. Meeting planning services, banquet menus, and a complete Meeting Planner Packet is available by contacting the Sales and Catering Department at the Hotel.

Recreation Information
Branson offers five seasons of entertainment and festivals. Hot Winter Fun offers winter shows and shopping events. Spring starts with Bransonfest. Summer offers a range of festivals and family events. Fall offers wonderful Craft Festivals and fall foliage colors of the Ozarks. Christmas runs from November through December and includes the nation*s biggest tribute to Veterans a Veterans*s homecoming and dozens of holiday displays and activities. Surrounded by three lakes, lake activities include fishing and boating. More than a dozen golf courses challenge the skills of even the finest of golfers.

Restaurant / Dining Information
The Grand Plaza Hotel offers a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast daily. The Backstage Grille, located on the 9th floor offers an eclectic menu of dinner options. The restaurant is open from 4PM to 10PM Sunday through Saturday. Holiday schedules may vary. Adjacent to the restaurant, Encore*s Lounge offers daily specials, appetizers, and a limited bar menu. Lounge hours are 4PM to 1230AM daily. Room service is available and room service menus are provided in the guest directory.

Directions from Springfield/Branson Regional Airport I-44 and I-65 and north of Branson: Take I-44 East approximately 5 miles to the I-65 South/Branson exit. Take Hwy 65 south. It is approximately 45 miles to Branson. As you approach Branson there are several exit options. Take the Main Street/Historic Downtown Branson exit which is Highway 76. You will circle around and be facing north as you take the exit ramp. Turn left (west) at the light. This is Hwy 76. Go approximately 3 miles. The Branson Variety Theater (a large blue theater) will be on your right. This is Wildwood Drive. Turn right and the Grand Plaza Hotel is visible on your left hand side of the street. Directions from the South - Hwy 65 and Arkansas: As you approach Branson the first Branson exit is the Main Street/Historic Downtown Branson exit, which is Highway 76.
