Recreation Information
The hotel has an indoor heated pool as well as three private spa pools which are free to use for hotel guests. The famous Polynesian spa is located next door to the hotel. A short walk further are the historic Blue baths, Rotorua Museum and Government Garden.
Restaurant / Dining Information
The HANGI and CONCERT, an international banquet complemented by steamed Hangi foods then followed by a dynamic display of Maori culture in the form of story-telling, song and dance is presented in the Baycrest Room every evening at 6.30pm. LAKES RESTAURANT offers top-quality local & international cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Open every day for breakfast from 6.30am 10.00am, lunch from 12 noon to 2.00pm and dinner from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. ROOM SERVICE is available 24 hours. The MALLARDS BAR, located adjacent to the foyer and Lakes Restaurant, is open daily from 4pm till late (with 'Happy Hour' drink specials from 5:30pm - 6:30pm).
