Two conference rooms opening up to one room with 1008 sq. ft. total. Conference room rates are per day and are inclusive of all set-up and cleaning charges. Conference rooms are lower level in the east wing with guest and visitor accesibility. Conference rooms are well lighted with individually, controlled heating-air conditioning units. Lectern and some audio visiual equipment are available. Oxford Suites will gladly assist with rental arrangements for additional audio visual or related equipment. Limited catering is available through the Oxford Suites. Many local catering companies are available.
