Palapa Restaurant Nestled amongst the carefully groomed tropical gardens and right on the edge of Charles Bay - the beautiful and romantic Palapa Restaurant obtains its name from the traditional South American roof made from chiquichiqui palm fibers. The restaurant is recognized for probably serving the best Pizzas and Pasta dishes in the Grenadines if not in the whole of the Lesser Antilles. In addition its daily changing menus reflect the creative use of Caribbean ingredients prepared according to the classic Italian recipes.
