The meeting facilities at the hotel combine the deluxe European decor with state of the art audio visual equipment to produce a highly functional and comfortable environment for conferences, banquets and receptions. The Galway Room A and B accommodate larger groups of up to 150 delegates for meeting and 120 for dining. The adjoining Kilkenny Room can accommodate up to 55 people and all three rooms have a high beam barco unit controlled from a stylish wooden podium. This facilitates projection from slide, video, overhead camera and numerous laptops. The rooms are bathed in natural daylight and curtains, lights and sound are automatically controlled also.
