Conveniences include coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, individually controlled air conditioning, telephones with data ports, and extra large bathrooms. The Hotel also has over 15,000 square feet of banquet and conference space. There is the Vicci Italian restaurant, room service, Tiki Bar and Grill (poolside), featuring live entertainment and Palm Court buffet breakfast. Also available is an on site fitness center, tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, and tropical pool with jacuzzi.
