Oscar Gastrovi One of the best chefs in Valencia. Incredible cave with surprising wines. Excellent products, and elegant site. Desserts highly recommended.
Los Bolos Very noisy but one of the best restaurant in sea food specialty of Valencia. All fresh and first quality.
Cafe Colonial Very beautiful restaurant next to well known bars area in Valencia. Asian cooking and dishes with a very original presentation.
La Montaraza Classic Spanish cooking based upon excellent meat (veal, lamb) roasted.
