Le Robinie Restaurant As of 20th September the new Chef is Mr. Fabio Negri (32 years, father of a seven months child) who previously was at the Albatross Restaurant in Gallarate (Va). His first cook is Mr. Roberto Rossi. Mr Negri is an expert on fish specialties, of which he is extremely fond, as well as traditional Sardinian and Lombard dishes. He has worked in Germany and Corsica. At Le Robinie it is also possible to reserve the rooms of the Restaurant and the Club House for courses, seminars, meetings and congresses, in the wonderful scenery offered by the club. The restaurant can also be reserved for lunches and dinners for ceremonies, parties and meetings".
